windows 10 weather app live tile not working

Please help as this issue never was solved in this thread. From there it goes up to 4/26 as far as I can tell, so I can only assume an update caused this on my PC as the live tile always reported the correct city, as I look at it often. I just noticed this issue maybe within the last 2 weeks so I looked at my Windows Updates and saw a lot of updates installed on 4/13/21. I have tried resetting the app, turning the location off/on again several times, I just now uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I still have the same issue.
